Please read 2 Tim. 2:1-9 and notice verse 9 which states, “Wherein I suffer trouble, as an evil doer, even unto bonds; but the Word of God is not bound.”
In Chapter 1:9 Paul reveals that he is a prisoner, yet the Word of God is not bound.
Philippians 1:12-21 also tell of his being in prison, yet he had success with the boundless Word of God, even in prison. Paul won Onesimus to Christ in prison, and in Acts 16, Paul is in prison and the Philippian jailer was saved. The Word of God is not bound, in fact, the more it is attacked, the more it prospers. Anywhere the Word of God is taken, it prospers. Isa 55:11 “So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.”
